The terms that govern your access to and use of the Vocoworks website and Services.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Vocoworks website and Services. By using the Services or booking a demo, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Services
Vocoworks provides an AI phone receptionist and WhatsApp automation that answer calls and messages, book appointments and reservations, and send SMS confirmations, with optional website and SEO add-ons. Specific features depend on the plan you choose (WhatsApp Automation, AI Receptionist or Complete Coverage) and any add-ons, as described at the time of purchase.
2. Setup & your responsibilities
- You agree to give us accurate information about your restaurant (hours, menu, reservation rules) needed to set up and train your agent.
- You are responsible for any notices or consents your local laws require for recorded or AI-handled calls.
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and connected accounts secure.
3. Fees & billing
Plans include a one-time setup fee and a recurring monthly fee, billed as described at purchase. Plans are month-to-month and you may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future monthly charges and is not retroactive. Setup fees are non-refundable once work has begun unless required by law. Usage beyond included AI minutes is billed at the overage rate shown at purchase.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Services unlawfully, to harass or defraud callers, to violate others' rights, or to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Services.
5. Intellectual property
We retain all rights in the Services, our software, and our brand. Content you provide remains yours; you grant us the rights needed to operate the Services for you. Websites we build for you are yours to use under your plan.
6. Third-party services
The Services rely on third parties (telephony, SMS, WhatsApp, AI voice, calendar, CRM/POS). Your use of those integrations may also be subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party outages or actions outside our control.
7. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". While we work hard for accuracy and uptime, we do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the AI will handle every call perfectly. You remain responsible for your business operations and decisions.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vocoworks will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.
9. Termination
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate the Services for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or where required by law. On termination we will, on request and where feasible, help you export your data before deletion.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Gurgaon, Haryana shall have jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
